We Build and Scale
Deep Tech Companies.
At any stage — from a first idea to an operating business: up to $10M of our own capital, a full operations team, and hands-on partnership until the company is ready for public markets.
We Don’t Just Finance. We Build.
A traditional venture fund writes a check and watches from the board seat. Nexinova works as a co-founder — inside the company, from day zero.
| Nexinova Venture Studio | Typical Venture Fund | |
|---|---|---|
| When we join | ✔ At the idea stage — before a company even exists | After the product exists (Seed / Series A) |
| Operations | ✔ HR, legal, accounting, and marketing handled by our team | Founders handle all of it themselves |
| What we bring | ✔ Up to $10M of our own capital + a full operating team | Capital only |
| Path to funding | ✔ Direct route to NYSE / NASDAQ in 24–30 months | Years of dilutive round-by-round fundraising |
| Technical vetting | ✔ Review by scientists from NASA JPL and MIT | Screening by generalist analysts |
The Nexinova Playbook
The process we've run 20+ times: from complex engineering to a public company in 24–30 months.
Technical Vetting & IP Setup
Scientists from NASA JPL and MIT review the technical architecture. We structure patents, licensing, and technology positioning.
Company Building
We invest up to $10M of initial capital and put a dedicated operations team on the project: hiring, corporate law, finance, and go-to-market.
Public Listing (IPO)
We secure first commercial agreements (LOIs, government partnerships) and prepare the company for listing on NYSE / NASDAQ.
You Build the Technology.
We Build the Company.
A deep tech founder shouldn't spend 80% of their time pitching VCs, handling compliance, and managing tax structures.
Nexinova takes on all business administration — hiring, legal, finance, marketing — so engineers and scientists can stay focused on the technology.
Current Mission
Our flagship project is the Orbital Data Center: space-based computing with vacuum cooling and scalable solar power for AI workloads.
Build a Company
Around Your Technology.
We invest up to $10,000,000 of our own capital per project and take on business administration, HR, legal, and corporate development — so you can stay focused on the technology.
5 Reasons to Work with Us
What founders get from the studio model that a traditional fund doesn't offer.
Capital Without the VC Runaround
Up to $10M of initial capital from our own funds. No months of pitching, no investment committees of a dozen external parties — the decision is made inside the studio.
Full Operational Support
A dedicated team covers HR, legal, accounting, and marketing from day one. You run the technology; we run everything else.
Co-Founder Model
We work inside the company as a co-founder — hiring, selling, and structuring alongside you — not observing from a board seat like a traditional fund.
Scientific Validation and Support
Your technical architecture is reviewed by scientists and engineers from NASA JPL and MIT — validation that carries weight with investors, partners, and customers.
Fundraising Through the Stock Exchange
A direct route to NYSE / NASDAQ, executed by a team that has taken 20+ companies public. Raising on the public market instead of late venture rounds means less dilution and earlier liquidity.
Sectors We Are Looking At
Deep tech where physics, not marketing, is the moat: energy, space, robotics, computing, and critical resources.
Nuclear & Fusion
- SMR/MMR technology
- Uranium mine development
- Fuel enrichment tech
- Fusion Technology
Robotics & Automation
- Humanoid robotics
- Industrial cobots
- Automated manufacturing
Space & Aerospace
- Space technology
- Satellite constellations
- eVTOL vehicles
Computing & Quantum
- Quantum Computing
- Next-Gen Data Centers
Critical Resources
- Antimony supply chains
- Coal & Lithium deposits
- Critical metals mining
Advanced Sciences
- Stem Cells research
- Defense technology
Now Reviewing Projects for the Next Cohort
We take on 3–4 projects per year — each gets a dedicated operations team and its own capital allocation, and that doesn't scale. If your technology fits one of our sectors, send us a short description; our scientific committee reviews every submission.
We Don’t Just Invest in Companies.
We Create Them. Join as a Co-Founder.
You have the engineering, scientific, or executive track record — we bring the capital, the operations team, and the path to IPO. Join a mission at the founding stage, with founder-level equity.
Active Mission: Orbital Data Center
Our flagship project, currently in development: data center infrastructure in orbit for AI workloads.
Market Validated
Starcloud raised $170M at a $1.1B valuation — institutional investors are already backing orbital computing.
AI Energy Crisis
AI demand for power is outgrowing terrestrial grids. Orbit offers solar generation and vacuum cooling that scale without land, permits, or grid constraints.
Window of Opportunity
Blue Origin, Google, and SpaceX are moving into the segment. The window to establish an independent player is closing.
Why Now & Why Neutral?
More than half the world's population has limited access to major cloud providers due to geopolitical constraints. That creates room for a neutral, jurisdiction-independent orbital cloud provider.
Projected Market Size by 2035
Who We're Looking For
We're assembling the founding team for the Orbital Data Center mission.
CTO / Chief Engineer
You lead the technical architecture and mission design — from systems engineering to payload delivery.
- PhD in Aerospace Engineering or ex-Airbus / SpaceX / ESA background.
- Experience in satellite development, thermal architecture, and complex systems engineering.
What We Offer:
Founding equity, a funded mission (up to $10M pre-seed), full operational support, and a defined path to IPO in 24–30 months.
CEO
You run corporate strategy, build industrial partnerships, and lead the company to the public market.
- Serial entrepreneur or tech executive with a proven track record.
- Experience scaling companies in Deep Tech / Hard Tech.
What We Offer:
Founder-level equity, a capitalized company from day one, an experienced IPO team behind you, and C-level leadership of a public company post-listing.
Scientific Advisors
You review technical architecture and mission viability as part of the scientific board.
- Academics, senior scientists, and engineers with deep domain expertise.
- Specialization in space technologies: systems, payloads, mission design.
What We Offer:
Advisory equity options, pre-IPO exposure, and direct technical influence on a funded space infrastructure project.
Let's Build Space Together.
Your IP stays yours. All submissions are treated as confidential, and a mutual NDA is available on request before any technical discussion.
